As a visual species much of what we know of the world and consequently our actions within our environment are informed by what we see which posed the question, do our eyes hide as much of the world from us as much as they reveal?
Examining the extent to which our understanding of place is informed by vision ‘Emptiness’ ‘空’ (KU) sees the viewer gradually transition from a world of clarity to one of sensitivity and then, finally, emptiness as focus is drawn through the canopy.
